Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The 14-day trial is completely free with no card. When the trial ends, the account is paused automatically and redirected to the plans page — there's no auto-billing, you decide whether to activate a paid plan to continue.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Plans are month-to-month and you can cancel from your account dashboard or by writing to us. There's no minimum commitment.
What happens when the 14-day trial ends?
The service is paused automatically and the account becomes inactive — every time you open /studio/ you see the plans page with the trial-expired label. Your settings are saved. When you activate a paid plan, the service is reactivated instantly.
Do my reporters need to install anything?
No. Reporters just open a URL on their phone or computer. It runs in the browser. No app to download, no account to create.
Does it work on 4G / LTE networks?
Yes. NovaMic includes a dedicated TURN server that handles tough NATs and mobile networks. It works where other WebRTC systems fail.
Do I need to install anything in the studio?
No. Both reporters and the studio operator access via browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari). There's no app to install or configure. Just open the URL and log in.
Are there bandwidth or on-air time limits?
No. Basic and Pro plans have no on-air time limits. The limits are simultaneous reporter count and the number of stations (1 or 3 depending on plan).
